Senator Taylor requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                    
HOUSE BILL NO. 94(FIN) "An Act making a supplemental                           
appropriation for costs of elections operations; and providing for an          
effective date" be taken up at this time.

CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 94(FIN) was before the Senate in third                   
reading on reconsideration.                                                    
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                   
HOUSE BILL NO. 94(FIN) be held to the March 5 calendar.
